We adore our beautiful home state of Arizona and will be the first to tell you that many other people do too! If you haven’t heard, Arizona is sneaking up the rankings as one of the most popular Bachelorette trip destinations (watch out Nashville)! But honestly, we can’t blame them. People come from all over the world to see and experience these incredible red rocks and trust us, it’s sooo worth the trip! Arizona has so much to offer, from red rocks and deserts to snow-capped mountains. Whatever destination goals or photo ops you’re aiming for, you can find them right here in AZ! Today we are so excited to share this Sedona maternity session with you.
Our amazing couple, Jess and Josh, traveled all the way from Texas for their Sedona maternity session at Bell Rock. Personally, I can’t think of a better place to capture beautiful memories and important life moments! Jess and Josh are expecting their first little girl and were kind enough to invite us into this special moment in their lives. I’ll be keeping my eyes glued to their Instagrams for the first sneak peeks of their adorable baby! They were in town to spend time with family in Sedona, and they knew it was the perfect time and place for their maternity photos.
Everything about this Sedona maternity session was perfect. For starters, Jess and Josh are the absolute sweetest!! Throughout the day we talked about our travels and favorite places we’ve been. We shared future travel plans, must-visit destinations, and more. It was amazing getting to know these two during this exciting season of life, becoming first-time parents! What I love the most is that Jess and Josh’s excitement for their little girl shines through in these photos. They are just SO ready for her to arrive!
Jess and Josh may be the cutest couple ever, but they also happen to be incredibly stylish! I think Jess might be my new style inspo, because she ROCKED that white dress and black hat. I was livvvinggg for the dreamy boho vibe she had going on! Also, from a photographer’s POV I am sooo obsessed with the way her white dress contrasted against the red rocks. The white lace dress felt whimsical, feminine, and so beautiful. Jess was absolutely glowing! I’m equally obsessed with the black dress she wore for the second portion of the shoot. The silhouettes we were able to capture were breathtaking and she absolutely killed those mom-to-be poses! We know this little girl is going to be the luckiest in the world with parents like them. Jess and Josh are so gentle and loving with one another, I can only imagine how much love their sweet baby will receive.
I get emotional whenever I think too much about what we get to do for a living. Because HOW cool is it that we’re able to experience huge life moments with incredible couples as our JOB?! Being asked to capture and be a part of these memories is the biggest honor and something I will never take for granted. These moments are once-in-a-lifetime, and our goal is to capture them exactly how you remember them. We cherish every single moment spent with our clients and soak up every sweet conversation we have! Truly, we have the best job ever
