There are some weddings that stick with us forever, and Lou and Ian’s backyard celebration is one of those. Watching these two say “yes” to a lifetime of love, adventures, and cozy Sunday mornings was pure magic! It was such an honor capturing their wedding photos and video.
Their story began back in 2014 when they were just teens. Fast forward ten years, and here we are, capturing the moment they chose forever in front of their closest friends and family. This wedding was so special to us, and not only because we’re obsessed with Lou and Ian (seriously, we go on triple dates with them now, so you know it’s real!). We actually met them through Ian’s brother’s wedding in 2021, which we also had the honor of photographing. Seeing this beautiful family again, celebrating another chapter of love, felt like coming home.
Lou and Ian transformed their family friend’s backyard into a dreamy, whimsical wonderland. Fairy lights, lush greenery, and delicate florals that made the space feel like a secret garden. With just their closest friends and family gathered around, the atmosphere was intimate, relaxed, and filled with love. You could feel the excitement and happiness in every laugh, every tear, and every heartfelt cheer as Lou and Ian exchanged their vows. Each image we captured tells a story of friendship, love, and pure joy—a reflection of the wonderful journey that has led them here.
The way they looked at each other throughout the day, the shared glances, inside jokes, and tender moments, showed a decade’s worth of memories and the promise of a lifetime more. Seeing two people choose each other so deeply and intentionally is something special, and it was an honor to witness.
