Elegant Peach and Navy Wedding

It’s such an honor each time a couple invites us into their love story. Each one has carefully selected us to properly tell their story through video and photographs, and to capture some of the most important days of their lives for them. Couples like Miriam and Abraham are why we fell in love with what we do! Early last year we shot Miriam and Abraham’s engagement photos in the golden Arizona desert, and we had the BEST time. We spent the day getting to know them, and became so excited for their elegant peach and navy wedding that took place later in the year.

We clicked with Miriam and Abraham immediately. Honestly, I don’t think it’s possible to not get along with these two, they’re incredible! Not only are they both STUNNING but they are some of the most intentional, kind, and loving humans ever. I have been looking forward to sharing their wedding day with all of you for so long!

Getting Ready

In the morning, the girls had the best time getting ready together. They shared some of their favorite memories, laughed together, and were all teary-eyed when they saw Miriam in her gown for the first time. Watching Miriam place the veil on her head was a moment I won’t forget, the smile and happy tears that spread across the room were infectious. It was the perfect moment! I also was equally obsessed with the energy going on over at the guys getting ready room. Abraham suited up with his best guys in chic navy blue tuxes. They looked SO good, and they knew it haha! These guys were so fun and weren’t shy at all in front of the camera.

Miriam is one of the most beautiful brides I’ve EVER seen!! She was radiant, happy, and so kind to everyone who surrounded her. I just love her so much! Her wedding dress made her look like an absolute princess and emphasized her natural beauty. I loved how Miriam had her bridesmaids in very light burnt-orange, almost faded peach-colored silk dresses. They looked so good next to the guy’s deep blue tuxes! Their bridal party was entertaining the entire time we took photos, they all kept laughing as they enjoyed the excitement of the day.

The Ceremony and Dreamy Golden Hour Bridals

In “The Plaza” of SoHo63, Miriam and Abraham said I do. Their ceremony arch was a gold half-circle dressed up beautifully in burnt orange and white flowers. Love in Bloom did such a great job bringing the couple’s design to life! The aisle was lined with white rose petals and guests were asked to grab a few petals from a basket to toss as they walked back down the aisle (amazing photo alert!!)

It was wonderful watching Miriam & Abraham express their love for each other on their wedding day, everyone cried during their ceremony and vows. They were both so emotional through the entire day and ready to commit to each other and be married!! Everything about their peach and navy wedding ceremony was elegant and timeless, and captured Miriam and Abraham’s strong love perfectly.

A lot of moments during their wedding stood out to me and I had the best time celebrating, but the bridal shots we did on the rooftop during golden hour… I mean, I just about died because they are stunning. Honestly, I could cry thinking about how perfect the lighting was and how gorgeous Miriam and Abraham looked!! Miriam’s stunning gown from Bella Lily Bridal had a long lace train that featured some romantic floral detailing.

Lively Reception

Everyone was so thrilled for the newlyweds and ready to PARTYYYY. Trust me, this group knows how to have a good time! To kick off the reception, Miriam and Abraham had choreographed a dance to perform alongside their bridal party. It was so fun! They both changed into their custom Nike sneakers and were ready to dance the night away. After a few first dances and dinner, Miriam changed into a gorgeous jumpsuit to party away the rest of the night. Before their sparkler send-off, Miriam and Abraham shared a private and emotional last dance. It was such a special and intimate moment for our couple to soak in all the love they have been embraced with all day. More of these in 2023, please!!

Watching Miriam and Abraham smile so big during their grand send-off was the icing on the cake. Their friends and family cheered so loudly and were happy to send the couple off to their first night as newlyweds. I absolutely ADORE these two and know they are going to continue spreading love, light, and joy everywhere they go. I am so lucky to know them and to have been a part of their love story.
