When you think of elegant romance, what comes to mind? Grand stairwells, rich colors, infectious love… That is exactly what we got to capture at Stillwell House in Tucson, Arizona. This space was dressed to impress and definitely showed off big time for Danielle and Randy. This historic home was transformed into the most glamorous and welcoming space. With a rich color palette of burgundy, blush, red, and navy, this wedding was just stunning!! The space was a dream but these lovebirds just filled our HEARTS to the brim with love and joy. Danielle and Randy’s love is infectious, and it spread nothing but good vibes throughout the entire day. Now — let’s talk aaaalll about these two’s wedding at Stillwell House!
Danielle and her girls got ready at Stillwell House to get the party started on the right foot. I’m talking champagne, laughter, and loads of excitement!! Once the girls changed into their dresses we headed out to the gardens for some bridal portraits and we felt all the emotions seeing Danielle in her gorgeous wedding dress for the first time. The moment a bride steps out in her gown making her debut is always one of the sweetest moments ever! It is one of my favorites to photograph, each reaction is unique and always so sentimental. The grand reveal always leads to the sweetest photos! Danielle’s dress was a DREAM and her romantic bouquet added the perfect final touch. Arranged with lush flowers in colors of burgundy, red, blush, dusty blue, and a small hint of peach (also can’t forget that gorgeous statement-making king protea), this bouquet was meant for an absolute queen!
You already know the dreamy florals continued into the ceremony design. I mean, when I saw this space for the first time my jaw actually DROPPED. I was in awe — this venue was filled to the brim with beautiful flowers and golden lanterns. The patio was designed perfectly; Chiavari chairs dressed with floral bundles and arrangements, the terrace draped with beige linens and incredible floral details. To say this ceremony spot was breathtaking is a huge understatement!! However, Danielle and Randy ended up stealing the show (obvi) when they stepped out and shared their love for one another. Their ceremony was soooo sweet, and they looked lovingly into each other’s eyes as they shared the most meaningful and powerful vows straight from the heart. They were announced as Mr. and Mrs. and shared a kiss before guests filled the aisle with bubbles creating such a fun recessional moment!!
We snuck off to capture some bridal portraits before stepping into the dining space. The second we walked in I was blown away! Inside Stillwell House we were greeted by tables dripping in gold details and rich florals. The stairwell was wrapped with greenery and twinkle lights, making it quite the entrance for the bride and groom. Their sweetheart table was glowing with radiant candles that flooded the table and Danielle’s bouquet acted as the centerpiece (the perfect way to continue enjoying your bouquet throughout the night!) Guests enjoyed dinner, toasts, and time spent together. The energy in the room was so welcoming, and everyone felt like family!
After cutting the cake and toasting to their love one last time, everyone headed to the dance floor. This was by far one of the most fun receptions we’ve been to in a while! Danielle and Randy had an INCREDIBLE band who really got the party started, I don’t think there was a single moment throughout the night where the dance floor wasn’t packed. Wrapping up the night with an adorable fairy-light send-off, our newlyweds were off! We had so much fun capturing their romantic wedding at Stillwell House.
